Reports for a home that was moved.
Three kinds of work, all for a manufactured home sitting somewhere other than where it was first installed. Each ends with a licensed Professional Engineer putting the answer in writing.
Moved-home reports
For a manufactured home installed at a second site, across seven states.
Structural integrity report
Usually a structural integrity inspection made after the move by a licensed Professional Engineer, at the home's current site. The signed report documents whether the home was damaged or weakened in transit and how it is installed now.
Foundation certification after a move
A foundation certification describes one installation at one site, so one written for the old site does not cover the new one. When a lender asks for a certification, the engineer inspects the foundation where the home sits now.
Inspection before you buy
Yes, and before the lender asks. An engineer's inspection tells you how the home came through the move and how it is set up now, while you can still negotiate or walk away.
Not sure which one you need?
